This workshop provides attendees with research-based strategies for self-care, including monitoring strong emotional reactions, combatting de-motivating or stress-inducing thinking patterns, effective goal setting, coping skills that can be utilized, and incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques.  This session is being offered in conjunction with the Child Mind Institute.
