<div>This past week, the <strong>Health & Safety Committee</strong> of the <strong>Parent’s Association</strong> in partnership with Stuyvesant High School presented the first of this Spring’s <strong>Wellness Nights</strong>. <strong>Managing School Stress and Anxiety - A Panel Discussion about Challenges, Stress Management, and Family Resources</strong> with special guest speaker, <strong>Tracy Ross</strong> from the <strong>Ackerman Institute for the Family</strong> discussed high school stressors and resources in the community for families. <strong>Jessica Chock-Goldman</strong>, Stuyvesant's LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), spoke about the challenges students face and management techniques. <strong>Angel Colon</strong>, Coordinator Stuyvesant's <a href="https://stuy.enschool.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=192841&type=d">SPARK</a> Program spoke about support programs and counseling services for our students and community. Two student leaders, senior, <strong>Amanda Li</strong> of Stuyvesant <strong>Limitless</strong> and senior, <strong>Alisa Chen</strong> of Stuyvesant <strong>Project Love</strong> shared experiences and answered questions as well.
