Assistant Principal, Ms. Jennifer Suri shares that the launch of the paperback edition of Mr. David Hanna’s book, Rendezvous with Death will be held at Barnes & Noble in TriBeCa on Tuesday March 26th at 4pm. He will be making some brief remarks about all that has happened since the book was originally released back in 2016. There will also be a screening of the five-minute teaser for the new documentary “The Lafayette Escadrille” by filmmakers Darroch Greer & Paul Glenshaw, in which my book is featured.
With 2019 marking the 100th anniversary of the end of World War I, and with students right now either learning of, having recently learned, or soon to learn of the events of 1914-1919 in the history courses they are taking the timing is propitious. Check out the event on Facebook!
