<p>On Friday, Stuyvesant's Research Opportunities Director and Assistant Principal, Ms. Jennifer Suri along with Research Faculty in collaboration with the Stuy Parent Association’s Independent Research Committee hosted a <b>Celebrate Science Event.</b></p><p>Research students, families, alumni and faculty heard presentations from students as well as from special guest speaker, Stuy Alumna '17, Harvard S.B. '21, Bioengineering, & NYU Grossman School of Medicine MD/PhD ‘29 - <b>Nina Uzoigwe,</b> who spoke about her experience in Regeneron and working with labs while at Stuyvesant and Harvard and her research as well as tips on time management, positive self talk and research projects. Congrats to the presenters: <b>Tanzina Sumona</b> (Social Science); <b>Ilana Gal Livshits, AahanMehta</b>, and <b>DevkiWelt</b> (Biological Sciences); <b>Aiden Ackerman</b> and<b> Aayush Chahal</b> (Genes in Space).
