Congratulations to the Stuyvesant Classics Club for their success in certamen competitions this year. Competing at Harvard for the first-time, three teams advanced to the semi-finals. At the U Penn certamen, all teams advanced to the semi-finals and an intermediate team consisting of Stella Anderson, Ian Savino, Ting Ting Zhang, and Naimul Tamim won second place, with Stella Anderson being named MVP for the second year in a row. In only the second year of participating in certamen, Stuyvesant students have advanced to the semis, finals, and/or won in every competition this year. Congratulations to all students and special thanks to all the parent chaperones.
