Ms. Rebecca Lindemulder shares that on February 15th two popular German Youtube stars from the Easy German Youtube channel came to visit the German students at Stuy. They talked to the students about how and why they got started with making videos to help people learn German and how their channel, process and content have developed over the past 15 years of working with Youtube. Afterwards, Stuy students had the chance to ask them all sorts of interesting questions about their work and their life in Berlin. It was pretty surreal to see these two people that we know from their many videos on Youtube all of a sudden directly in front of us in the lecture hall! Afterwards, the students presented the two guests with thank you cards and a small gift of treats from NYC. The visit was a lot of fun and a great success and we look forward to seeing them again in the future!
