Stuyvesant's College Office is excited to introduce to you Dr. Carla Shere, who will be joining our College Office part-time to provide hands-on assistance and guidance to our seniors from all caseloads. Gratitude and appreciation to the Stuyvesant Parent's Association for providing funding for this additional team member to our already amazing college counseling office.
Dr. Shere has a wealth of experience working with students applying to selective colleges, is well known to admissions counselors literally across the country, and has held numerous leadership positions in our professional organizations. We are extremely fortunate she will be here with us this year!
Dr. Shere will be here (College Office-225) on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 until 4:30. Her walk in Q & A period will be 8th period for senior students who will soon receive a link through which to schedule an appointment with her if you need anything this fall or winter.
