Last week, Stuyvesant's Social Studies Department along with the PA's Independent Research committee held a celebration for National History Day. Students exhibited their competition boards and projects in the cafeteria where over 75 family members, students and staff recognized their achievements, heard about their projects and enjoyed some snacks and mingling. Mr. David Hanna, author of the book Broken Icarus was the keynote speaker at the event.
