<p><strong>Ms. Annie Thoms</strong> shares that on Thursday, November 14<sup>th</sup>, <strong>Nat Towsen</strong>, Stuy alumnus, discussed with classes his work as a stand-up comic and comedy writer, and how he works a discussion of mental health into his comedy routines. Nat was a student at Stuyvesant on 9/11, and he and Ms. Thoms traveled together to Japan this past summer with a group of 9/11 community members to meet with survivors of the March 11, 2011 earthquake and tsunami. </p>
On Tuesday, November 19<sup>th</sup>, in the library period 7: Bestselling author <strong>Mira Jacob</strong> will come to speak about <a href="http://www.mirajacob.com/good-talk/">her graphic novel Good Talk</a>, which students are now learning in English classes</div>
