Examples include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Travel distance from home</li><li>Requests to arrive late/leave early</li><li>Changes to lunch period</li></ul></li><li>Undocumented health issues</li><li>Classroom location</li><li>Requests to reverse previously requested program change</li><li>A program that does not meet the criteria of a full program will be denied.
