<p data-block-key="swryl">Last week, the Stuyvesant Alumni Association hosted their 5th annual Gala Benefit for Stuyvesant. Over 300 gathered at the TriBeCa Rooftop to celebrate. </p><p data-block-key="2sq11">We join with the Alumni Association in gratitude to everyone who joined for Wednesday night’s 2026 Benefit! It was a truly special evening filled with energy, pride, and purpose. Guests honored with this year's Golden Pegleg Award were Ilana D. Weinstein ’88 and Sam Rosen ’64 with the Outstanding Pegleg in Broadcasting Award. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Alumni that night, it was the most successful benefit yet having raised over $1.2 million—and still counting! Contributions to the Stuy Fund directly support student programs, academic enrichment, mentorship, research, athletics, the arts, scholarships, and so much more.</p><p data-block-key="evucj">Many of our staff and students were along with members of the Parent's Association were also able to attend, volunteer and speak at the event.
