<p><b>SENIIORS:</b></p><p><b>The College Office</b> has recently been made aware of a <b>scholarship</b> named in honor of a <b>Stuyvesant Graduate, William P. Schliemann</b>, who graduated from Stuy sometime in the late 1920s. The intent of the scholarship is to promote the post high school training of students interested in pursuing a technical (STEM) vocation. It is currently at<b> $5,000 for a one-time grant. </b></p><p>Students who will pursue a STEM major in college and would like to apply just need to complete the short application form (attached) which should include your response to the prompt in the attached letter:</p><p><i>This scholarship was endowed by a long-term Treasurer and employee of Christ Church, Pelham, to be granted annually to a student to help them attend trade school or a targeted technical training course of study preparing that student for a particular trade profession.
