We know that many of you are curious about financial aid and scholarships.
Remember:
-Check out the list below of full tuition or very high value merit scholarships. Some of these schools are places many Stuy students will see as clearly safe…but that is exactly the idea when it comes to maximizing the chances of merit aid and full tuition/full cost of attendance scholarships. This Google doc is only accessible via School (DOE) email so students will need to log in alongside their parent/guardian if you'd like to look at it together.
-students should check each of Stuy’s weekly updates this year, as we’ll include information about a host specific scholarship opportunities throughout the senior year.
- several scholarship search tools are available in each students' Naviance account within the "Colleges" tab under "Scholarships & Money".
-students can identify many scholarships opportunities through free websites such as finaid.org .
-make sure to attend our virtual financial aid night this fall (October 5) which will be conducted with expert assistance from the University of Rochester. You’ll learn about all aspects of the financial aid process. Register for that event through the link below! That event will not be recorded so you’ll want to attend live. Mandarin interpretation will be available.
