<p>The <strong>State Pre-College Enrichment Program (S-PREP</strong>) hosted by the <strong>Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs at Columbia University, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons</strong> is offering a FREE SAT & SHSAT Prep Course from <strong>January 12<sup>th</sup> to April 13<sup>th</sup></strong>. The course is currently open to New York City: <strong>10<sup>th</sup> & 11<sup>th</sup> Graders for the SAT course</strong></p>

<p>Applicants must be: New York State Residents;</p>
<p>Self-identify as:</p>

<p>And be enrolled in grade 7 – 12.</p>
<p>Students enrolled in S-PREP’s classes are selected on the basis of character and academic merit. Students should also maintain a minimum GPA of 80%. S-PREP requires that participating students attend consistently and give their best effort. Duly, students must be able to commit to the course schedule below.</p>

<p><strong>SAT: January 12th - April 13th </strong><strong>-- Classes will be from 9 am - 11 am every Saturday with the exception of Feb 16<sup>th</sup> & 23<sup>rd</sup></strong></p>
<p><u>SAT Course Disclaimer</u><br/><em>No unexcused absences will be permitted for the duration of the SAT & SHSAT courses. Any unexcused absences may result in immediate dismissal from the course. Therefore, students who are heavily involved in other extracurricular activities or pre-college exam preparation courses should seriously consider whether or not they can commit to the program.</em> </p>
