<p>Dear Stuyvesant Students and Families,</p><p>As per the recent announcement from the NYC Public Schools, Friday, June 9, 2023, is scheduled as a remote instructional day. Therefore, we will run our<a href="https://stuy.entest.org/Bell%20Schedule%202022-2023.pdf"> <b>Regular Bell Schedule</b></a> (Periods 1 - 10 / 8:00am - 3:35 p.m.), remotely. Please review the important information below:</p><ul><li>Official daily attendance will be taken via a Google Form sent to all students by 8:00 a.m. Students must submit the form by no later than 10:00 a.m. to record school daily attendance. Teachers will also take period attendance during the school day. </li><li>Our<a href="https://stuy.entest.org/Bell%20Schedule%202022-2023.pdf"> <b>Regular Bell Schedule</b></a> will be followed tomorrow with synchronous instruction available for every period. Teachers will provide a Google Meets invite and/or Zoom link for their class period.</li><li>Students should follow the<a href="https://stuy.entest.org/Bell%20Schedule%202022-2023.pdf"> <b>Regular Bell Schedule</b></a> and login for a remote synchronous class using the Google Meets invite and/or Zoom link from their teachers. Teachers may utilize a combination of synchronous and asynchronous activities during the class period.</li><li>Pre-scheduled assignments (HW, projects, and papers) due on Friday, June 9, 2023, are still expected to be submitted (assuming they can be submitted electronically) unless otherwise advised by teacher(s). </li><li>Scheduled Friday testing in Social Studies, Computer Science, or Technology will be rescheduled for Monday, June 12, 2023. No virtual exams will be administered on Friday, June 9, 2023. </li><li>Makeup Exams are still scheduled for Monday, June 12, and Tuesday, June 13, 2023, as we are expected to be back in-person. </li><li>Students needing a device (i.e., Chromebook) contact Ms. Ingram atRingram3@schools.nyc.gov and may pick one up from school from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. from the Main Entrance (345 Chambers Street). </li><li>Textbook and Device return for seniors only will remain scheduled for Monday, June 12 and Tuesday, June 13 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the lobby. </li></ul><p>Please note, student activities scheduled for Friday (i.e., SOS performance) are canceled and/or postponed until further notice.
