REMINDER - ALL STUDENTS - Fill out the Authentic Connections Survey by 12/23/2021!

Please find the survey link for the Authentic Connections Student Mental Health and Well-Being. The link was sent to your stuy.edu email by Principal Yu on Sunday, December 19, 2021.

Review the important reminders below: 

• Survey will close at 5:00 PM Thursday (12/23).
• Survey will be completed at home and will take approximately 15 - 20 minutes to complete. 
• It is important to complete the survey in one sitting. 

We encourage you to complete the survey to help us to make improvements to our school. For those whose families opted out of the survey, then you do not need to participate, but the link is available if you decide otherwise. 

Again, we highly encourage you to complete the survey to help us improve our school.
