PStuycology club & Counselors hold an Art Therapy Session

What the Art Therapy workshop aimed to introduce & accomplish:

1. Learning & information health awareness about the intersection between Art & Psychology & some of its applications
2. Exploring the benefits of Art Therapy through guided exercises
3. Mental Health stigma & coping strategies; Social - Emotional; De-stressing, exploration & other benefits

6. Counseling in Schools support through School Counseling Department, on-site therapeutic support, Robin & other community connections club welcomes those who are passionate about psychology or are willing to learn more about this evolving field.

• Each month, the club hosts workshops, guest speaker events in which students can gain a valuable opportunity to hear about frontier research and learn about various branches of psychology from current professionals in the field.
• Additionally and as part of the Wellness Coalition Council, the Pstuychology Club is committed in raising awareness in health, diverse social issues related to psychology and mental illness.
