With the 2020 election fast approaching, a new generation of young voters find themselves being pushed to consider their place in a political climate defined by anxiety, mass protest, and financial uncertainty. Please join the NYCLU’s youth programs and NYCLU staff for a discussion on the importance of the youth voice in the 2020 election. The virtual conversation will take place on Wednesday, October 28th at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom.
This discussion will provide a new vantage point for understanding how America’s youngest voters view the political landscape they will one day inherit. Young folks under the age of 18 will also share how they plan to be engaged during this election season.
