Ms. Marissa Maggio shares New York is going bagless on March 1, so you will have to pay for a bag at stores if you do not bring your own. The NYC Dept. of Sanitation is sending a free reusable bag to people who make a zero waste pledge. They will also hold events around the city where they give out bags.
