<p>Spanish teacher, Ms. Lina Rocchio shares that this year the following students building gingerbread houses that represented their cultures. Sophomore Ansel Darnell built a Yavi church from the province of Jujuy ,Argentina; Freshmen, Ramona Weinstein and Mia Laks built a house that represents their culture by placing a hamentashen in front of their construction; Sophomore, Veronica Gulko built a a Russian winter cottage (the one with the penguin). Congratulations to these students for their effort and holiday spirit. </p>
