On Tuesday, May 5, 2021, Mr. Rochhio held Cinco de Mayo with freshmen and sophomores in the Cafeteria!

Students participated in a travelogue through México Celebrating the 5 the Mayo and the International year of fruits and vegetables

They wore fruit or vegetable costumes, drew or painted a fruit or vegetable on canvas and learned about the emblematic fruit and vegetables of México

Some of the students recited riddles in Spanish about fruits and vegetables “Adivinanzas” and had a sing along about fruits and/or vegetables in Spanish.(photos courtesy of Ms. McAuliffe)
