Ms. Jessica Quenzer shares her Freshman AP Biology class trip to the DNA Learning Center at City Tech, Brooklyn. Here they performed a DNA restriction digest, followed by separation of the DNA using gel electrophoresis. The trips took place on Jan 8,9 and 10.
