A Message from the <strong>Wellness Council</strong>!<br/>Welcome back to Stuy 2019!<br/>The Wellness Council is proud to announce that <strong>Tuesday, January 15th</strong>, we will be hosting a meditation session in the teacher's cafeteria. This is a great way to better relax and alleviate stress. The session will be led by a former monk!</p>
<p>We will have yoga mats, relaxing music, food, beverages, and great company! It'll be an amazing experience which can be brought into your everyday life, so grab your friends and spread the word.</p>
