MATCHING COMMON APP/NAVIANCE & ASSIGNING TEACHER RECS

SENIORS:

This is just a quick reminder for those seniors who have not yet matched their Common App & Naviance accounts, completed the FERPA waiver in Common App, and/or assigned teacher recommendations in Naviance. You'll want to address these tasks soon if you haven't already.  If you did these things already, go ahead and give yourself a quick pat on the back for being so on top of this stuff J

MATCHING COMMON APP & NAVIANCE :

• See the instructions in the Document Resources section of your Naviance account in the College Office folder
• Make sure to complete the FERPA authorization in Common App; you’ll want to select “I waive my right”
• If you completed the FERPA waiver after matching, just email your assigned college counselor.

ASSIGNING TEACHER RECS IN NAVIANCE:

• See the instructions in the Document Resources section of your Naviance account in the College Office folder
• General requests will work for most students, but it you have reasons for assigning specific teachers only to specific colleges, make sure to assign them accordingly

If you need help, email your assigned college counselor, or come to a q & a session( 1st, 5th, 8th, or 10th period) in the College Office (225).
