Curious about how engineering, design, and science come together in college?
Join The Stuyvesant Guild’s virtual University Makerspace Panel to hear from student leaders and professors at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Syracuse University, and more, as they share how they build real projects, lead technical teams, and push innovation on campus.
This is a unique opportunity to learn how universities support hands-on, interdisciplinary work in STEM, robotics, and beyond — and how high school students can get involved in similar spaces in college. Panelists will share their experiences, challenges, and standout projects, followed by an open Q&A with the audience.
📌 Speakers:
Meghna Manoj Nair, Ph.D. Student, NYU Tandon School of Engineering
John Mangicaro, Technical Lab Manager, Syracuse University ITS Makerspace
…and a surprise speaker!
