Holiday Support for Students, Caregivers, and Families

Holiday Support for Students, Caregivers, and Families

As the holidays approach, many families are navigating bigger emotions, schedule changes, and more time together. Marble can help support them with tools that make communication easier — and with therapy available not just for students, but also for parents, caregivers, and whole families.
A few ways our therapists can support families this season:

  • Helping kids recognize stress responses and use grounding techniques when emotions run high
  • Teaching communication skills (like listening to understand, validating feelings, and using DEAR MAN) that reduce conflict at home
  • Supporting families in repairing after conflict and building routines that make the holidays feel more manageable
  • Providing therapy for students, adults, and family units, so everyone has support during what can be an overwhelming time

We also have a free parent workshop on this topic:
