The deadline to enter teh Regeneron Science Talent Search (STS) is less than a month away, This contest is the nation’s oldest science research competition for high school seniors, awarding $3.1 million to students AND their schools each year, and it is open now until November 8.

Out of the nearly 2,000 high school seniors who will submit an application, 300 will be named scholars with 40 selected as finalists. Finalists and their work have appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Forbes Magazine and more, including many high school student papers! Many also go on to win the most prestigious honors in science, including Fields Medals and Nobel Prizes.
