CONGRATULATIONS to Stuyvesant's Muslim Students Association or "Noor al-Stuy = Light of Stuy" !
They have come in 2nd place overall at this year's NYC regional competition at City College Campus at MIST last weekend. Representatives of Noor al-Stuy & NY/NJ Coalition will advance to MIST Nationals in Baltimore, Md on July 27-29. Their coach, Mr. Angel Colon, along with Ms. Casey Pedrick and Ms. Dina Ingram attended the awards ceremony on Saturday, April 6th at Hunter College to celebrate with them and some of their families.

Their mission is to bring high school students together to develop leadership, promote communication, and inspire creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims. They do this through our annual regional and national tournaments.
