<p><strong>CONGRATULATIONS to Stuyvesant's Muslim Students Association </strong><strong>or </strong><strong>"Noor al-Stuy = Light of Stuy" !</strong></p>
<p>They have come in <strong>2<sup>nd</sup> place overall at this year's</strong> <strong>NYC regional competition at City College Campus </strong>at <a href="https://www.getmistified.com/theme"><strong>MIST</strong></a> last weekend. Representatives of Noor al-Stuy & NY/NJ Coalition will advance to MIST Nationals in Baltimore, Md on July 27-29. Their coach, <strong>Mr. Angel Colon</strong>, along with <strong>Ms. Casey Pedrick</strong> and <strong>Ms. Dina Ingram </strong>attended the awards ceremony on Saturday, April 6<sup>th</sup> at Hunter College to celebrate with them and some of their families.</p>

<p>Their mission is to bring high school students together to develop leadership, promote communication, and inspire creativity while gaining a deeper understanding of Islam and Muslims. They do this through our annual regional and national tournaments.</p>
