Congrats Stuy PA & Maggios on Cooking With Stuy Episode #2!

Congratulations to Stuyvesant's Parent Association and to Biology teacher (and Cooking for Stuy Top Chef) Ms. Marissa Maggio with her mother, Mrs. Maggio, as they lead our second live cooking webinar on March 13. Congrats as well to Junior Cynthia Li and her mother Angela Chen, and Freshman parents, Rena Zou and James Lin.

The Maggio recipe for manicotti followed the family from Sicily to the U.S. in the 1960s, bringing Sicily to the family’s children ever since. This past weekend, they shared it with the Stuy community.

Food show producer, Fanny Lawren, led the livestream production, fielding cooking questions from viewers and the auxiliary chefs. It was a delicious show!
