Congratulations to the SHSAA on their 2024 Benefit for Stuyvesant on May 23, 2024! More than 275 alumni and friends attended. The alumni association raised close to $400K for Stuyvesant! Highlights included performances by the Stuyvesant Chorus led by Ms Shamazov and the Robotics Team led by Mr Blay. The Golden Pegleg (the Alumni Association’s Outstanding Achievement Award) went to Arthur Blank ‘60, co-founder of The Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons football team. Special Guests included James Blachly ‘98, Grammy-award winning conductor and Julia Landauer ‘10, 2X Champion NASCAR race car driver and TEDx Talk Speaker. Here is a link to the photos and program:
