Mr. Lance Tomas congratulates freshman, Dale Heller, for being one of the three winners of the 2022 Medusa Creative Writing contest.
Blurb: Each year, thousands of students internationally take the Medusa Mythology Exam, a comprehensive exam covering Greco-Roman and Near Eastern mythology. Students who earned a gold medal are invited to participate in the Medusa Creative Writing contest. Freshman, Dale Heller, submitted a piece which was one of the three official winners. The committee remarked that Dale's piece not only showed her breadth of mythological knowledge, but also was by far the most original of all submitted pieces. For her efforts, Dale receives a literary prize, certificate of recognition, and her piece will be published in the upcoming newsletter PRIMA of the American Classical League.
