Congratulations to Ava Luan who has been selected as one of the distinguished 2023 PSAL MVP Scholarathlete
award winners. In honor of Ava Luan’s outstanding academic and athletic achievements, she was invited to attend the 2023 MVP Scholar-Athlete Awards Dinner, in partnership with the New York Yankees and the Bad Boy Mowers Pinstripe Bowl. 55 student-athletes were chosen from all different sports, with 11 student-athletes representing Brooklyn, the Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island signifying an 11 person football team from each borough.
Sports Coordinator Erica Morrow was the emcee of evening, with Senior Executive Director Danny Harris, and New York Yankees Senior Vice President of Corporate & Community Relations Brian Smith all speaking about the achievement it is to be recognized for this special honor. Congrats and Brava to Ava!
