On Thursday, May 7, 2020, the Parent’s Association hosted a Virtual Chinese Outreach Meeting on Zoom with a Live Stream on their private YouTube channel. Principal Contreras and Ms. Ingram gave updates. School Counselor, Ms. Cecilia Yang was the special guest speaker with a presentation on How to Prepare for College Admissions with three Stuyvesant students as a student speaker panel.
There was a peak attendance of 268, with 1212 views to date on YouTube. It was extremely helpful to parents. Much gratitude was expressed to Ms. Yang and to Evelyn, Selene and David, the students on the panel.
