Stuy BSL (Black Students League) and ASPIRA hosted the 8th annual Black History Month Dinner presentation on Thursday, February 27th in the student cafeteria. This year’s theme presentation will focus on “African Americans and the Vote”. Principal Contreras, Faculty Advisor, Mr. Angel Colon and club leaders spoke. There were performances from StuyFlow, Stuy Alumna Alexis Wint and, and junior, Tolulope Lawal as well as an amazing feast. Friends, staff, students and alumni had a wonderful time.
