As the start of construction looms for the two resiliency plans that are going to impact Battery Park City and surround areas, the office of Office of Council Member Christopher Marten will be hosting a town hall to engage the community and try to compile some unified demands. They understand that many community members have been involved in this process since it was first announced in 2016, and as they are a new office they hope to support many of the changes the community wants, with sensitivity to what is too late to change and what is still flexible from BPCA's perspective.
It will be on June 15 at 9am at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, with a zoom option. People can RSVP here: https://forms.gle/Y9kh6nrqeichYz3o6
