Beginning on Sunday, September 19, 2026 Talos student User IDs will change from their stuy.edu email address to their NYCPS email address @nycstudents.net. All students will receive a reminder email of what their NYCPS email address is and that they will use that as their User ID on Talos. Passwords will not change on Talos accounts; only the student User ID. By moving from stuy.edu email addresses, when teachers or counselors send email to students through Talos, it will go to their @nycstudents.net email inbox.
