<p><b>Stuyvesant Legacy students of all abilities</b> recently participated in a series of transformative workshops led by <b>Battery Dance instructors and world-class performers</b> Vivake “Vive” Khamsingsavath and Sean Scantlebury. Through these sessions, students created and performed original choreography, fostering self-expression, teamwork, and creativity.<br/><b>Dance to Connect</b> (DTC) empowers teens by building confidence, leadership, and empathy through the shared process of dancemaking. As D<b>irector Robin Cantrell</b> and <b>DTC</b>emphasizes, “It isn’t just about dance, it’s about giving young people the tools to connect, express themselves, and grow into leaders.”<br/>Special thanks go to <b>Stuyvesant Legacy Leaders</b> Emi Shimada, Olivia Morris, Ankita Hassan, and Anna Li, along with all <b>Stuy Legacy members,</b> for organizing this successful collaboration.
