<p>The <b>UFT Albert Shanker Scholarship </b>is a scholarship worth $5000 for graduating seniors in NYC public schools. There are strict financial eligibility requirements for the scholarship but, otherwise, this is an accessible scholarship for eligible students. </p><p>High school seniors have only a few weeks left to apply for the Albert Shanker Scholarship. The process is easier than ever with our new online portal.</p><p>Candidates must be financially eligible and be accepted in a full-time, matriculated, degree-granting program at an accredited college or university. <b>The deadline to apply for a $5,000 scholarship is Wednesday, Feb. 28.</b></p>
