JUNIORS & FAMILIES: The College Office invites 11th graders and their parents an opportunity to learn about the Posse Scholarship. The Posse Scholarship offers students a chance to be awarded a full tuition scholarship to one of 12 colleges across the nation. The Posse program is looking for individuals who have demonstrated leadership ability, communication and team-building skills. High school grade point average and SAT/ACT scores are considered but are not solely the basis for selection. Posse looks for students who have done well academically, but who may not be considering (or might be missed by) some of the top institutions. While financial need is not a requirement for a Posse nominee, traditionally, nominees do come from families that are low to middle income.
