<p><b>Mr. Harold Stephan</b> has started the next city-wide songwriting project in partnership with the SHOF and OASP..</p><p>Born out of the pandemic, last spring the NYC Song of Hope Project provided our students with the opportunity to create a new NYC anthem and let their voices be heard!
