Parent’s Association in partnership with Stuyvesant High School presented the first of this Spring’s
Wellness Nights.
Managing School Stress and Anxiety - A Panel Discussion about Challenges, Stress Management, and Family Resources with special guest speaker,
Tracy Ross from the
Ackerman Institute for the Family discussed high school stressors and resources in the community for families.
Jessica Chock-Goldman, Stuyvesant's LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), spoke about the challenges students face and management techniques.
Angel Colon, Coordinator Stuyvesant's
SPARK Program spoke about support programs and counseling services for our students and community. Two student leaders, senior,

Alisa Chen of Stuyvesant
