March is an especially busy time at Stuyvesant, and we need the help of many to make it a success. There are many opportunities in the next few weeks to be in the building and get to know Stuy and your fellow parents better, along with helping us make all our upcoming events a success. SING! Merch Sale March 13th - 15th
WHAT: Help SU with their SING! merch sales - process credit card charges. Easy! Just bring a fully charged mobile phone and we will provide the SQUARE to take sales.

WHEN: from 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm on 3/13, 3/14 and 3/15
NOTE: Please don't plan to see the show the same night you are volunteering -- you won't have time.
French Club Bake Sale March 19th - 20th - Supervise Sales
WHAT: Support our French Club students by volunteering to chaperone their bake sale. You can take one or more shifts during the day!
WHERE: Stuyvesant outside room 211
WHEN: 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on 3/19 and/or 3/20
International Women’s Day Run March 24, 25, 28 - Supervise Sales
WHAT: Stuyvesant’s annual International Women’s Day Run will be held (on three days) to mark the occasion and raise funds.
WHERE: Stuyvesant Lobby - no running required!
WHEN: from 2:30 - 5:30 on March 24, 25 and 28 (volunteer for one or more days)
30+ VOLUNTEERS NEEDED for Spring Open House for 2025
WHAT: Assist with crowd control, translation, supervising fundraising, talking with parents.
WHERE: Stuyvesant
WHEN: Volunteers should arrive no later than 4:00 pm and meet in the Principal's Conference Room 107
Baked Goods and Thank You Notes for Faculty Reception April 4th
WHAT:Spring Stuyvesant Faculty Reception; we need your Baking and Note Writing help!
WHEN: April 4th. Students can drop off the desserts and notes by 9:00 am on April 4th outside of Dr Haber’s office, room 207.
