Volunteers needed for Career Exploration Event!

On Friday, October 25, from 12:45 - 2:50 pm, Stuyvesant will hold a special school-wide event focused on exploring careers and future pathways. Students will have the opportunity to listen and learn about a variety of occupations from those in the respective industries. With the changing economy and needs of New York City, the greater US, and internationally, our young people need to be exposed to the career opportunities that are available and prepare for the skills and knowledge that will be required of them to enter these current and future professions.

In order to make our school-wide event a reality, we need your help. Here is what we need:

• 80+ volunteers who are willing to speak and share insights about their career/industry/profession
• Lead 1-hr. sessions about your career/industry/profession for a student audience (the session will occur twice)

Please complete the following Interest Form for October 25 at Stuyvesant HS - Career & Pathways Workshops by Friday, October 11, 2024, if you can help us bring this school-wide event to fruition.
