Take the Stuy Reads Challenge! Congrats to the Wall of Famers!

The #StuyReads Challenge has begun! For the first mini-challenge of the year, we are encouraging students to read just one of the over 100 #NYCReads 365 titles recommended citywide for students in grades 9-12.

NYCReads 365 is a citywide program aimed at encouraging kids to read for fun by helping them find interesting high-quality books for independent reading. You can identify these books on the shelves by noticing the neon green logo on the spines, you can browse our Challenge display near the print desk, you can find the full list under Resource Lists in our Catalog (or via a link on the Library website #linkinbio), find a printed list of titles posted at the library entrance, or ask a Librarian for a recommendation!

The challenge goes until December 6th, but two students already completed the first challenge! Congratulations to

See all the winners’ names outside the library in the hallway case! Congrats this week to Raven Tang, Leo Lin, Anna Frid, Nada Hameed, Jabari Legarton and Mrs. McGregor for joining the Wall of Fame!
