It's time to take the annual DOE School Survey!
It's time to share what you think about our school! Your answers to this survey are confidential and you can skip any question you are not comfortable answering or that may not apply. No one at school will ever see your individual responses. Your responses will be combined with those of other parents/students/staff at your school to provide information and help the school improve its learning environment. If you have any questions or concerns about the survey or its administration at your school, please contact Parent Coordinator, Ms. Natalie Tang at ntang5@chools.nyc.gov.
Families can take the survey online via computer or mobile device at NYCSchoolSurvey.org in any of the ten DOE supported languages.Families will enter “f” followed by their child’s nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS)Number.Note that “f” must be lowercase. Families can find their child’s Student Identification (OSIS) Number on their report card, Talos Student Dashboard, Naviance page, Jupiter Grades account, student ID card, or NYCSA account. NEW: If you have more than one child in your family who attends NYC schools, please complete this survey for each child.
NOTE TO PARENTS: IF YOU DON'T USE THE LOWER CASE 'f' BEFORE THE OSIS FOR YOUR CODE -- YOU WILL BE FILLING OUT YOUR CHILD'S SURVEY; NOT YOURS.
Students will take the School Survey and use their nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number in the access code field at NYCSchoolSurvey.org in an extended Homeroom session on March 7, 2023.
Teachers & Support Staff will receive the anonymous access code letters if eligible from the Survey Coordinator. Teachers and support staff will enter the 10-digit access code on their designated access code letter at NYCSchoolSurvey.org.
Results from the survey are included in each school’s School Quality Snapshot available online and in each school’s School Quality Reports, available online as searchable web-based and mobile-ready tools. The Survey also helps the administration understand what members of our community think about the learning environment at Stuyvesant and informs improvements to schools and programs.
