The ZQT10 form is be used to request an early program for the Spring 2023 semester. This request is based on an anticipated need to be excused after 9th period class in order to participate on a Spring PSAL team.
Wherever possible, a student who requests this will be able to be programmed for this special schedule provided that their request for courses do not extend the school day. Students will need to complete their academic day by the end of 9th period.
All eligible student athletes must request ZQT10 (no 10th period) prior to scheduling by submitting this form by December 22, 2022.
Should the student request extra courses for academic reasons, it will cause the student to be automatically removed from the ZQT10 list.
**ZQT10 will not be restored once given up to satisfy academic requests or requirements.
This request form is only accessible to stuy.edu accounts. Parents may not fill out the form. Each request is reviewed by the Athletic Director. Only those who are participating in a PSAL Spring Sport may submit the form. Requests for "free 10th" period for other reasons should not use this form.
