Last Tuesday, nearly 40 female students from all grades at Stuyvesant High School had the unique opportunity to visit the corporate offices of Invesco, one of the world’slargest investment companies. This trip marked the culmination of a five-session program held at Stuyvesant (see enclosed infoflyer), organized by the non-profit Rock the Street, Wall Street, https://rockthestreetwallstreet.com/ *https://rockthestreetwallstreet.com/rtsws-programs/high-school-program/.
This initiative is designed to introduce young women to the finance industry and teach the fundamentals of personal finance, with the goal of inspiring more female students to pursue careers in this lucrative field.
