Last week, SPARK Counselor and advisor, Mr. Angel Colon shares he and students travelled to the Clinton School for the meeting of the BSAC (Borough Student Advisory Council). BSAC high school student representatives meet monthly to discuss issues and concerns that affect their respective boroughs.
