Congratulations to the Stuyvesant Classics Club for winning first-place in all three levels (beginner, intermediate, and advance) of the Stony Brook Certamen on Friday, 11/17. Stuyvesant competed against top programs in NYC, including Townsend Harris, and Long Island. In addition, club members were able to attend lectures on linguistics, ancient medicine, and classics in every day life, as well as participate in several classics-related art activities.
